Meet Our Builders

IronHorse is proud to introduce the three neighborhood builders for its new community in Prineville. Sun Forest, SunWest Builders and Viking Construction will build on 18 or more lots in the first three phases of the development.

"These Central Oregon builders were selected based on their ability to deliver diverse housing products, while also meeting stringent quality and organizational standards," said Randy Jones, project manager for Brooks Resources. "Each company's track record of home building is impeccable, and we feel confident that they can deliver the first neighborhoods in IronHorse in a timely manner. We look forward to working with them as they all do what they do best – produce livable, quality homes with craftsmanship at a fair price."

Sun Forest has been building homes in Central Oregon for more than 25 years. With extensive experience in building and designing comfortable, highquality homes with exceptional craftsmanship, Sun Forest is excited to work in Prineville with area subcontractors, vendors and community members during the coming years.

SunWest Builders has been building homes and a great reputation in the Central Oregon market since the 1980s. With a strong company emphasis on creating longterm relationships, SunWest Builders looks for projects that emphasize team work and community spirit, and feel that Brooks Resources and IronHorse provide these elements.

Viking Construction was founded more than 13 years ago and through the years they have combined production building experience with custom home construction. This unique blend of talent will lend itself well to the project at IronHorse. Kurt Reynolds and John Audia, the original founders of the company, are excited to welcome Dave Shew as project manager for their IronHorse operations.
