Earth Advantage® and Energy Star programs have issued Letters of Commendation to our Neighborhood Builders for their attention to quality construction techniques and to energy efficiency. This recognition comes on the heels of our two project-wide sustainable initiatives that require all homes be built to Earth Advantage® standards and utilize WeatherTRAK smart irrigation controllers for water conservation.
