Why Central Oregon? Why Prineville? Why IronHorse?

Model Homes Now Open at IronHorse

June 29, 2007

IronHorse, a mixed-use community located in Prineville, Oregon, has announced that its three model homes are now open. The announcement took place last night at a Prineville Chamber ribbon cutting ceremony held at IronHorse. The event featured Randy Jones, Project Manager of IronHorse Development LLC, and Shauna Zinn, Broker and Branch Manager of Brooks Resources Realty Prineville Branch. Representatives of IronHorse’s three neighborhood builders, Sun Forest Construction, SunWest Builders and Viking Construction, also participated, and used giant scissors to cut a large golden ribbon.

The model homes, all located near the intersection of Hudspeth Road and Whistle Way, were designed and built by the three neighborhood builders: one each by Sun Forest, SunWest Builders and Viking Construction. There are also 17 other homes completed or nearly complete.

The model homes are now open seven days a week. Hours are Sunday – Tuesday 11-4 p.m. and Wednesday – Saturday 12-6 p.m., during which an IronHorse specialist will be on site in one of the model homes, ready to show the properties. An IronHorse specialist can always be reached at 541-416-8888.

In addition, the neighborhood has its first 57 homesites available for sale which range in size from 7,500 to nearly 50,000 square feet.

Home and lot listing sheets are also available at the Brooks Resources Realty Prineville Branch office and in downtown Prineville on the corner of Third and Deer Street. Design guidelines and other information about building in IronHorse are posted on this website.
