The IronHorse Vision
Long-time Prineville, Oregon residents know IronHorse as the former Hudspeth Ranch. The vision for this real estate community is to preserve certain features of the ranch and most of all, to preserve its rural, easy-going spirit.
Ultimately, IronHorse will evolve into a complete, mixed-use community, with plans including parks, a school, a fire station, and even shops, cafés and other neighborhood amenities. Streets and trails will connect neighborhoods, parks and open spaces—and will provide renewed access to public land atop adjacent Barnes Butte.
IronHorse offers a range of home styles and sizes. One option for buyers is to purchase an individual homesite and construct a custom home built by the buyer's choice of builder.
The other option is to purchase a home designed and built by one of our neighborhood builders. Two Central Oregon builders—Sun Forest and SunWest Builders — contribute toward a diversity of architectural styles and a high standard of quality in design. Regardless of your preference, IronHorse offers something for everyone to call home.
Builders are required to use conservation-oriented energy and water systems. Design guidelines, CC&Rs and a Master Home Owners Association help preserve the integrity of this real estate community in Prineville, Oregon.
